Ive lived the horror stories on my ‘96. I replaced that one once with a cheap Chinese one and it lasted 3 or 4 months before it was acting up.

The pricing isn’t even close to “inline” though. I commented it elsewhere but AutoTrader has 8 Cayenne Diesels with less than 45,000 miles for LESS than $35,000.
A quick AutoTrader search shows that there’s currently 8 Cayenne Diesels for sale under $35,000 with less than 45,000 miles.
I would assume theres an important detail missing about the ball still being moving when the lineman touched it. At that point the ball would still be live and him touching it would go down as a muffed punt, right?
