Because 911's depreciate hard and that M8 is sure to hold its value.

I’ve said it elsewhere. I think the 8H is the best transmission ever made.
I really love when you look at what the 8HP95 comes in it’s a list with an average MSRP somewhere around $400,000, if I were guessing. Then the Jeep Trackhawk.
To make matters even more ridiculous, I believe the two turbos one the 4.4 are twin scroll.
This gave me a chuckle
Judging by the fact they 3D printed an intake, you’re probably correct. Aftermarket just doesn’t exist....yet.
Did Kyle coach against New England? I thought he was sick.
...that redline can’t be true to reality can it? What’s it powered by, an F1 engine?
Sounds like a classic case of Alpharetta to me. Gotta get those good ole boys doing it in Dallas or Hiram. They’d plug an OBDII scanner into a toaster and give it a pass.
My 96 Vette never got a second look in Acworth where I had it registered. I’m convinced I got the “Good ole boy” treatment in that car.
I found the first design of the Conti really refreshing when it was released. It quickly aged in my opinion though. That could be due partly to the frequency in which I saw them.
Your point is just as valid though. I forget that inspections are a lot more stringent in other states. Hell, outside of metro-Atlanta, you can register anything with wheels. Emissions compliance is non-compulsory.
State Inspections don’t always mean the same thing. In Georgia, you can register anything that passes an OBD-II emissions test as well as visual inspection. They don’t look at the car’s integrity in any capacity other than that.
I would think it’s more for sound than overall performance.
Sounds like he’s had the Cats tuned out of the computer so it isn’t tripping a code. I’m not saying that’s okay by any means, but unless they put a mirror underneath the car or put it on a sniffer, you’d be fine.
Everybody else is dumb. I am smart.
I’m convinced the reason FCA abruptly pulled out of merger talks is because they saw Renault/Nissan’s financials and are just waiting them out until they can absorb them into the hierarchy via buyout instead of using their clearly flawed management structure and merging
How is wind noise in it? I’ve thought about an S2K for a while, but I do a lot of highway driving and don’t want to deafen myself.
Where do you live, Billings, MT?
The second you said Midwestern casino, I thought if was Four Winds. I used to work in the midwest a lot and we did shows at Casinos ALL OF THE DAMN time.
