Oh God this person sounds like an HOA board member.
I’m surprised it doesn’t say no lowballers I know what I got in all caps. I guess a rebadged Cadillac is too bourgeois for East Portland and I hope it’s still for sale years from now when the dealership has become a haikyo.
That’s a lot of money for a mishmash of bog standard GM parts mixed with a few weird Scandinavian ones that can’t ever be replaced, all with almost 100k on them already.
almost 90,000 miles... lol...
Especially one built on sabado
Well he’s about $10k over reasonable price and it isn’t even a particularly low mileage one.

As what point does being a cheap ass turn into self delusion?
I’ll buy it for seven grand, not twenty seven. I, too, know what they have.
From the interviews I’ve heard, he sounds like a whiny asshole. All he can say is “Well, the CEO got a 400% raise”. Why should UAW workers get a 4 day workweek? “Well, the CEO got a 400% raise”. But that’s a risk too and a potential PR nightmare. Take a look at what happened to Bud Light. I don’t think the core customers would be much different, and would be an invitation for Foreign car companies to swoop in and save the day sort a speak.
Yea I think Pasadena even did this several years back, came with barricades and cops would look the other way, and these jackasses still didn’t want it.
They wont, they just wont. They COULD pool together and rent a drag strip or small track. Iriwindale is ight there and there is another drag strip not far. They could go a legal/safe route, but no they do it this way because they WANT to not because they have no other options.
I realize it’s a negotiation so the initial ask can look like a serious overreach, but the UAW demands are:
