Oh hey it’s Dairy John. How are your NFTs doing?

Sure but to be more accurate: if they saved your house while it was being built and then you decide to just tear down 90% of it and start over anyway before moving in, the story of how they saved it loses a bit of its luster.

If the fire department keeps your house from burning down, but then later you decide to remodel and rebuild 90% of it, they still saved your fucking house.

An AVClub article?

As a stand up comedy addict, this lady isn’t funny. Not saying I don’t like her, or that I hate her content. She’s just not funny. Not an insult. Stephen Hawkins wasn’t that funny, either.

I agree with the curators’ assessment that this painting emblematizes Picasso’s brutal tendencies. I only wish it wasn’t paired with this quote from Gadsby: “If PETA can’t cancel Picasso . . . no one can.”

Welp, I sat through her yelling-at-people “comedy,” and this take on “curation” sounds like your friend-of-a-friend who just graduated Smith yelling comments out about mean old dead white men from across the room.

Hannah Gadsby - mhmm, go on.

The criticisms of this poorly curated shit show will go down in history  like the famous Flavortown piece from the Times.

Does Burning Man even have mosh pits…?

I hate that I have the curse of feeling embarrassed for other people. This is cosmological-level cringe.

Yeah... Had my Hyundai EV for 3 months, and 6k miles, and literally the only thing that it needs in the long term is washer fluid, brake fluid, and tire rotations...

It absolutely is.

Kinda sounds to me like they don’t want to sell them because they don’t sell well, not so much that they refuse to because of personal reasons.

Car dealers can eat all the shit.

And the ol “why don’t you wander around the showroom some, we will get to your car right away!” ploy to get you window shopping and thinking “hmm this is nice....wonder what it could cost to get into one?”

Yes. The article gets into that. They lose a lot of revenue from the backend with EVs. Fewer touch points with the customer through maintenance is also an issue because it’s fewer opportunities to sell you.

Not sure of the “not selling well” as I see a lot of them out and about when I am driving.

Their friendship from the experience...not so much.

The only Indiana Jones film I’ve seen at the cinema is the fan remake those kids made over many, many years and I aim to keep it this away. Their film was very good by the way.
