If I could only see the “sh*t mechanics tell their unsuspecting customers” to upsell them on crap channel to balance this out.

I see several angles to this: first, car repair is so expensive, new cars, used cars, are also so expensive that you are seeing what people do in desperation.

Second: you see ignorance. People

BuT maH FreDDUmmbssS!!

I guess you’re right, but neither of them make me feel much by just looking at the outward design of their cars in general

Toyota is not bland.....it’s even more busy stylistically than Honda.  Majority of Toyota products have cuts, creases, and fake vents all over the place.

IMO, Mazda’s cars look way more clean and upscale for a non-luxury japanese brand than most other major nonluxury japanese brands. Toyota is a bit...bland. Honda is a bit busy. Subaru, well, let’s just say that they don’t make pretty cars. I almost forgot about Nissan and Mitsubishi

Those dont repeat though, just like how pi has some repeated strings of numbers doesn’t mean theres a pattern

If you draw those circles bigger, eventually the shapes they enclose will differ. Compare with an infinite checkerboard: if you start drawing larger and larger circles (but always the same size as each other) around two different black squares, the shapes inside the two circles will be always be identical no matter

That’s a fair thing to notice! Whilst that individual pattern may repeat, that pattern, itself, is not repeated such that it could be considered a fundamental unit of a larger pattern (or unit cell). When it comes down to it, it’s only the initial ‘hat’ that repeats without change.

I believe in this remake you can't shoot him.

The merchant guys aren’t an army, it’s meant to be the same guy. If you shoot him in one location he vanishes from the entire game.

waiting to get out of work to play the REm4ke (?) in earnest. I liked what I saw in the demo, even if I need to adjust a little to the new controls (muscle memory remains strong with this one).

Lilyhammer was definitely the first original series on Netflix. I remember watching it specifically because of the big marketing push they gave it.

on a very tight turnaround”

I wonder why the bosses think that’s the priority.  I wish they’d stop that so that the staff can have the time necessary to flesh these things out.

Maybe it would be better to label the article “How A Wild, Wet Winter Has Transformed One Lake in California.”

That’s the first thing I noticed. I think the teeth are fine, for what it’s worth, it’s how the lips move over them. It looks like the lips are fighting with the teeth for space while talking

Nice that you feature shots of Lake Oroville. You may not know this, but there are other lakes in California. It is a large state. Perhaps you missed it during the extensive research you did for this slideshow.

Right? If we have to suffer through these god-awful slideshows, at least spend 5 minutes putting the images in the right place.

FTFY

ARNT there any other lakes in California?

This slide show would be cooler if the “before” picture was on top and the “after” picture on the bottom, or if they were just consistently in the same place.
