Sorry to get all finance-guy on this, but there’s no chance that these websites are worth anything close to $135 million. That would imply strong EBITDA likely in the range of $40-$50 million (these wouldn’t sell for anything higher than a 3 multiple, and likely much lower). If these businesses were generating EBITDA…
