A country’s laws are primarily about the interests of the people who already citizens. Allowing non-citizens to decide they are now citizens is the very definition of lawlessness and is grossly unfair to not only the current citizens but also to the people who spend the time and money to immigrate here legally.

But none of them do now, but they all have laws now controlling immigration.
