The next 3.5 months are going to be wild, but I doubt any in his administration (with the possible exception of Miller & his relatives) will stand by him if he loses. Those folks look for the quickest avenue to power, first and foremost.

That is actually my fervent hope and why I am not shy about being happy he’s sick. Not because I want him to suffer but because if he’s in the ICU on election day, his ability to cause mayhem is drastically reduced. It may be the only thing that saves this country.

I think we can count on Greg Abbott for exactly that kind of fuckery if Trump loses. And if Biden actually wins Texas (unlikely but possible) I fully expect him to do everything he can to prevent Biden from getting Texas’s electoral votes. 

And then you’re going to have a good number of red states that refuse to accept Biden as the legitimate president anyway. It’s going to be chaos.

Of course he won’t. He’s said as much. The little man is, I think, actively trying to precipitate a civil war because that’s how to get into the history books.

I fully expect that everything you outline in your post will happen. 

Open carry guns are not legal in DC, but I agree: should Trump lose, the MAGA clowns will be out in force.

Let’s assume you are correct. Perhaps they should have thought about that before agreeing to host this event. By canceling it now though, they just taught their students that when the rubber meets the road, bullies win.
