There used to be a time in history when a mother would give birth and then leave the baby at home with a relative to go on vacation after a couple months. That's not at all what I think. I agree with helping people that legitamitely need it. Unfortunately for them, there will always be those jerks who ruin a system for people that need help by using it when they don't need it.
