They exist for teenagers that can get them for their moped license, thanks to EU loophole. These are horrific boxes that cost 9 000€ to 20 000€. I so hope they ban these at some point. At least on mopeds these teenagers were mostly separated from the normal traffic.

I wish. They are simply a way for 16-18 year olds to get something “cooler” than moped or their parents feel they are safer in these things than on a moped before getting their full driving license. These teenagers driving these are a horrific site.

Pretty much. They are only driven by 16-17 year olds here in capital area Finland before their full license. Especially in the area I live they have taken over mopeds in great numbers past 6 years. Whole segment didn’t exist just 10 years ago here.

Sounds like the Sky commentators and you would think they had their commentators on the spot. They usually do, alongside studio. Especially as this is English team on top of that. Fox uses them on their CL broadcasts.
