You are assuming Blompkamp would have done better work. After Chappie, I highly doubt that. Also, I don’t think Blompkamp can do a movie that isn’t an obvious and simplistic political allegory.

After the ham-handed ELYSIUM, I’d be happy if Blomkamp never touched a camera again.

I agree that Blomkamp only has 1 good movie. But I feel that Ridley Scott had his chance with Prometheus.

My brain immediately goes to wearing the suit to infiltrate an alien nest, which could be neat or literally the worst thing

Every time I see the “Franchise-Saving” concept art of Blomkamps’s Alien 5, I get happy that his movie will never be made.

He has only done one good movie really

Neill Blomkamp hasn’t had much success recently either.

“Fixing”, may I direct you to all of Blompkamps previous shitty work? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Ridley Scott has made a good film here, I’ve not seen it. I am saying I’ve seen District 9 (easily his best but still not great), Chappie (almost unadulterated shit, smeared over celluloid) and Elysium, which just

I miss the good old days, when to steal somebody’s information you had to sneak into a hotel and find some filing cabinets. Now it’s just a specifically targeted version of the GoogleDocs phishing scam.

Spoilers!

I’ve now built a whole elaborate scenario in my head where your cat shows up for shifts, clocking in and out, and goes home at night to his or her own apartment, with a spouse and kittens who need a roof over their head and cans of tuna and tuition money, so the invoices keep going up.

Looks fine to me

Unfortunately although many now give you the option, sometimes they aren’t designed to have markers turned off. They don’t have the mission guy actually tell you how to get there or have any other methods of doing so from what you’re given.

The way quest markers have gone out of control reminds me of a quote from

Smack everything with a wrench

I now punch chairs when there are two too close together

I play tf2, and nothing makes me jump more than unsuspected spies getting me.

This is my new golden standard for just about all games, that and minimap. I think it was actually you who got me into it with Witcher 3 - but it really does make a world of difference.

That’s nothing, I’m hitting health packs with a wrench just in case now, before picking them up.

This game can be nerve wracking. It made me scared of chairs.
