I think that they should introduce Shang-Chi as a series regular in Iron Fist first. Then, merge them all as Heroes for Hire.

13 Punisher Episodes? I thought we talked about this Netflix. You nodded your head and told me you understood.
I see Dippers.
Spider-man is Pidge he (she?) can summon voltron’s green lion.
I’ve seen some preview scenes which they have the venom symbiote in a glass jar — judging from the “I don’t trust Spiderman - he got me expelled” rant Harry Osborn is using, I am probably 80% sure he is going to be venom. I’m also thinking that they are going to pull the “brainwashing” by Norman card anytime first.
It’…
I haven’t watched the show, but based on the thumbnail image for this article, I’m gonna say that Spike Spiegel has the edge on Spider-Man. I have no idea what their conflict is, not having read the article, but… I mean… Spike has the edge on Spider-Man any day. Sure, SM has the proportional strength of a spider, but……
The plan, as I’ve always heard it, is that if this one does well enough, they’ll follow it up with a sequel with them as adults.
I’m getting all twitchy trying to figure out the random capitalization of words in the SyFy press release.
I agree. But let’s be honest: King has endorsed some pretty shitty films based on his work (most recently The Dark Tower), and he hates what is arguably the best film ever made from his work. So his track record is spotty at best. Still, I think this is going to be one of those exceptions to the rule where he’s right…
I loved It Follows myself, definitely think it was deserving of its critical acclaim.
Disagree! It Follows was great! Can count on one hand the number of movies that have made me uncomfortable in public in the middle of the day.
Counterpoint: it was well made, enjoyable, and scary.
Sorry, but why is the MCU formula the only way? That’s a decidedly obtuse statement. Just because the DCEU has had some stumbles in its shared universe so far, doesn’t mean that it needs to “follow Marvel’s formula” to rectify that...and to be VERY honest, the cracks are showing in the MCU “formula” as everyone is…
Don’t ascribe traits to Flashpoint that aren’t actually a part of the DNA of that series. Flashpoint wasn’t meant to clean up the continuity, it’s not Crisis on Infinite Earths. Johns admits that when he pitched the book and well into the writing process, he was still intending to return Barry to the same timeline…
There are a few things:
Because there’s a SHITLOAD of good villains & secondary characters that are tied up in those rights. Galactus. Silver Surfer. Doom. Kang. Anhilus. All of those could be the big-bad or big-bad adjacent for another 2-3 phases of the MCU without any problem. And we don’t even know if any of the cosmic entities are tied…
I want CGI Paul Giamatti played by Andy Serkis
What the hell does an “online demonstration” consist of? Vigorous tweeting and slightly stepped up trolling of comment sections? If these knuckle-draggers think they were outnumbered in Boston, they ain’t seen nothing yet.
The build up leading to that particular scene made it even scarier. I remember watched the movie in the theater and all of the audience just lost it when that moment came about.
Exorcist 2 is terrible, but Exorcist III is pretty solid. I’ve only seen it a few times so I’m not sure if it holds up. But the moment referred to above made the entire theater lose its collective shit.
