Male here. I found out that I was making more than my co workers, male and female, simply because I asked for more. Entry-mid level IT contract in the great plains area, they were offering everyone $17 an hour. I asked for $24, they came back with $21. Everyone else simply took the first offer. My questions is about Languages. I understand the speaking the local language will alway be a big plus, but how much of an impact is it if you don’t know the language before you move? From your experience, how important is it to learn the language first?

We don't have any of those weird laws, but I doubt that it was an accident. I am glad I watch all my TV online.

Most of the noncombat spells were moved to Rituals, or left up to GM approval.

I feel the same way when I first saw 4e. If you give it a chance, and your players are creative enough, the roleplaying will happen.

Recently, I started buying my impulse games as stem gifts, and leaving them in my inventory. That way, if I don't get around to playing them I could give them to a gamer friend. I'm not sure if this really helps, but it makes me feel better about my pile of shame. :)
