Having worked in customer service with a chat feature, I can tell you the customers are impatient to get answer or to at least hear that they are not being ignored.

In my opinion, that’s not recycling. Recycling should be sort of infinite loop - you make, you use, you recycle. Kind of like glass or ice.

I am no expert on the matter, but I believe that recycling plastic doesn’t turn plastic into original form. It becomes something hard and bulky type.
