people do both. It depends on what kind of look you like. Putting eyeliner on the lower waterline (“in” the eye) closes the eye up BUT makes it look more sultry and feline. As I was writing it I was thinking that’s probably what you were thinking lol. If there’s a wing at all and it’s liquid or very inky I would call it bold, but I guess not everyone would. I think we have the same type of glasses and eye makeup routine.

I stand by it. I have small eyes and glasses, too. Small-eyed folks can just avoid the lower lash and the inner part of the upper lash. Of course that’s just if you strive for the cat eye look in the first place, like the second writer.
