If Ford's AWD systems are anything like Audi's there should be plenty of software/hardware mods to make the car more rear end biased. So a moot point. I tend to agree that i would take the SHO over this. But i hate pretty much every car GM makes minus the Corvette.

I would want to buck the trend. Everyone puts LS motors in everything non GM. So I propose putting the 6.2 V8 from AMG in the C2. Now that is unique!

This is true. When i see these tricked out police cars i always think of need for speed (game). Or cannonball run and hope they would be used in this manner. But the sad truth is like you said the wagons will do fine. Radios and helis are much faster anyways.
