What I liked about Global Agenda is even though it has the same problem as every MMO (you grind to max level and the endgame takes over as the REAL game), the “grind” to max level only takes a few hours and serves as an expanded tutorial where you learn your class and get it all unlocked.
I was really big into it from launch update up until Tribes: Ascend (and later Smite and Paladins) took all of Hi-Rez’s attention and it withered on the vine. It’s not dead, but it’s not really alive, either. It’s a shame, since the game had a ton of good ideas.
