I’ve been using Grinds the past few months and haven’t taken a dip since. They’re just little pouches (they look like snus pouches) full of coffee grounds. You can get a sampler pack with I believe 6 cans(?) for about $25. Nice to have something in your lip that’s not quite so horrible for you.

I heard the "news" originally from a friend attending Notre Dame (who is close with a few of the football players) who said "Apparently one of Te'o's girlfriends died". Pretty messed up. BUT he also says she's totally a real person.
