My intention is not to start an argument, I'm simply asking a question. In your list of potential red flags, you mention someone posting a picture of their gun collection. Why would this be a red flag?
Unfortunately, the company consisted of 4 people. Me, him and two other guys. One of which he was buddy buddy with, the other he treated like me.
I once had a horrible boss. Every couple of minutes I was getting called "fucking stupid" or "dumbass" or a whole other list of insults. I lasted 3 months before I got to the point where I could not take his crap anymore. So, I sent him a text saying I quit.
