If you need to specify women specifically as enjoying Ovaltine, as oppose to just saying ”people enjoy Ovaltine,” it suggests that it’s either unusual for women to enjoy Ovaltine (hence the need to qualify the statement “enjoys Ovaltine”), or it suggests that it is unusual for anyone but women to enjoy Ovaltine.

Yeah, I figured. I suppose there might be an argument for how interactive content is meaningfully different to films/TV, but I imagine it’s really Apple saying, “we don’t want you doing microstransactions in any given game without cutting us a piece of the pie, as per games installed through the App Store proper.”

Though Microsoft and Google would be submitting a central streaming app to Apple for review, they wouldn’t be submitting every single game available on the services, which seems to be the main sticking point here.
