As an owner of a 2018 Durango R/T and a 2018 M3 I dont understand the hate.

The SRT jeep is a different animal. If I had the $$ and didn’t want/need as much space I’d go for the BMW.

But still love the Jeep and the Druango. I think we should be happy we live in a world where these both exist and you have both options.

Completely understand. The x3 m40i tho is a 6 cylinder turbo at least though. I do like having a stick but the key is having other vehicles with sticks around. the SUV is my DD so i dont mind having a good Automatic. But its gotta be a good box. X3M all day everyday. I have zero interest in any of Porsches SUVs, they’re all ugly as sin in my book. The Macan looks like a jacked up VW GTI (on stilts). That is they just look like tall 4 door hatchbacks, not SUVs. 

I love your X3.  But I’m perfectly happy with the new X3 M40i too... I dont know if you’ve driven one, but they’re a friggin hoot.  The X3 M should be legittt. 

If ur buying a X2, do you even give a shit about performance? Why bother trying to make it seem fast? I dunno I just dont get the whole crossover market. Like at all. And I’m still not over BMW building BMW branded vehicles ont his platfrom to begin with.

I dont disagree, but if its gotta be automatic (cuz thats all anyone buys) Im happy with the DCT.  I love it in my F80. 

I’d be fine with this body, Type R Powertrain but with the DCT instead of the Manual. I’d give up the Manual in favor of the DCT so long as it offered option SHAWD too. Give it the RDX interior design and you’d have a buyer outta me.

Its coming. just not yet. This was intended to be a stop gap/2nd MMC. Garunteed the actual redesign will have a turbo motor, SHAWD, and the interior design of the new RDX.

Now if only they could give it some actual balls (power) and the interior of the new RDX I could give it its due props finally.
