Exactly. Thing is, the traditional usage of flaming refers primarily to "heated" arguments and usually over trivial stuff (like PC vs. Mac). Ultimately, the borderline for flaming was that it never extended beyond words and arguments.

I actually discussed this in an older Kotaku article about "the art of trolling" - where a self-proclaimed "troll" described some of their organized trolling antics (like throwing a Halo Calture the Flag match at the very end of it purely for laughs).

If you SUSPECT something and it turns out to be nothing, odds are you will say that you suspect something in your call to 911. You will also easily be able to provide 911 your OWN address and phone number in case they need to reach you (especially if there's a fire or medical emergency).
