What about the Source Filmmaker that lets users make their own movies using the Source Engine that powers TF2?

So it seems the primary problem is trying to think of what to do with a new F-Zero game that's different from what's been done before.
Funny thing: I think I remember in an interview with Sakurai at E3, some folks were asking what led to the inclusion of Wii Fit Trainer as a playable fighter. If I remember what he answered correctly; his reasoning for including her was because he got thousands to millions of requests for who people wanted to see in…
That's awesome! :D If you can, take some photos and share them so we can all see how it went! :)
That's a very good point you bring up there: the cultural differences.
LADIIIIIEEESSSSS AAAAAAND GEEENTLEMEEEEENNNNN!
You are right about that. I don't disagree.
I understand your pro artistic freedom position as well and that artists should be able to do what they want to do without having their artistic freedoms impaired.
Not necessarily. It's not so much the artwork that's being criticized as it is the character designs. Trying to say that George Kamitani is a bad artist would make many people go "What are you talking about?"
Probably because that was an Arcade game that would be placed in public spaces as opposed to a purchase for a home console that would be played in private.
That would be some sort of miracle if that happened. I'm actually curious if there's been some sort of switch up in Capcom management lately that I'm not aware of. Is there a new CEO or something? Have positions been shifted? Could this explain why Capcom has been doing things that seem different than in years…
I recall that Kotaku reported that a flood of meme pictures were swarming sites like Tumblr and others, which is true, but never used them as a means for other articles.
DAAAAYYYYYUUUUMMMMM!
There have been plenty of reasons to wail on Capcom the past few years. There was the whole Street Fighter X Tekken on disc content which was marked as "DLC" debacle. There was the Asura's Wrath "True Ending" DLC fiasco. The DMC makeover madness. The Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 / Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 separation of…
It should be! George Kamitani, one of the founders of VanillaWare, was the person who worked on the D&D arcade games back when he worked for Capcom!
There's a very good reason for that of course. George Kamitani worked on the Dungeons & Dragons games before he left Capcom and founded VanillaWare.
I remember this back before E3 when EA made the big hullabaloo about not working on any games for the Wii U at the moment.
You mean like with Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword?
After reading this, I actually still am on Sony's side of things because what I see them doing is proper "Technology Transfer".
