As an alum of the University all I can think is if these things have just a hint of privacy they've just replaced The Stacks as a place where people study and fuck in "private". I don't know anyone who would've used these pods, but good on the students who would.

But to outright have Karrueche, who benefits from being a bit more ethnically ambiguous and has long straight hair talk about a little black baby Afro? That's bold as hell.

I'm also in love with Kelly Rowland's reaction. The adults in this little person's life are pleased.

His responses were a perfect blend of diction and not giving a fuck.

I've waited all weekend for this article because I don't have posting privileges on The Salad Bowl or Groupthink. Jesse Williams has been speaking on racial/social issues for years now. His presence on Twitter and tumblr. His take on teaching history. He has consistently shown that these are issues that matter to him

I'm in love with the way Justin got dragged.

When I saw the title I knew Kara wrote the article. I also knew, without scrolling, that there were going to be comments about "stay woke" that don't even focus on the piece. That is a Jezebel pastime.

And if you want to see more names it's just $3! Better get on this.

I don't think anyone was connecting this image to black men or black gangs. Judging from the clothes and how they styled their hair it looks like they're imitating Latino gangs, specifically Mexican.

I want these glasses though.

I would hate to have this picture follow me around forever. It's like a reminder of both bad sartorial and relationship decisions.

I do not have a problem with this trend as fall attire. While I prefer Kaley's outfit, Beyonce's is fine, except for all those damn Chanel logos. Denim on denim looked good on me as little OroMonro, I would wear that shit again. Only now without the LA Gear gym shoes, turquoise, or hot pink.

Where is Kid Fury?

For some reason I got the urge to watch Moesha a few months ago, Youtube is pretty handy for 90s shows. I definitely remember UPN and the WB and I'm in my 20s. Don't feel old, I mean, unless you are.

I immediately started singing "The Prince is Giving a Ball".

Victor Garber (Titanic guy) played the king who was married to Whoopi and they were the parents of the prince, Paolo Montalban*. I will always love this movie for the race blind casting.

This is what I thought I was going to see in the video.

I always thought they were going for emphasis and not trying to rhyme a word with itself. Not to mention sometimes people are going for the internal rhyme and not the last word.

Thank you for solving the birthday present crisis I was experiencing.

I almost put your first paragraph in my post. There's already a TGIT vibe in my classroom with my 4th and 5th graders.
