I agree, and it pains me because I love Gilmore Girls so so so so much. But, you're absolutely right, Alexis Bledel is not very good. She's always Rory. I keep watching her, waiting for her to get a good role, and well....I'm still waiting.

My niece is named Dasani! So much eye rolling happened when we got that information, but now I feel a teensy bit better knowing she won't be the only Dasani in the world.

I thank my mother everyday for giving me the normal spelling of Ashley. My brother's name is Donovan though, and he is constantly spelling it and saying, "No, not Jonathan. DONOVAN."

While I assume most people introduce themselves as the name they wish to be called, that name IS sometimes the shortened version of their actual name. I have lots of friends that don't go by their full names, and they introduce themselves by it, because that's not what they prefer to be called. So, if you introduce

I care because of her recurring role as Jack's teen nemesis on 30Rock!

And she looks good in them! My favorite color is orange, so we are both soaking up our colors finally being trendy!

Bed frames from more traditional furniture stores aren't much better in that price range. You're better off just going to Lowes and getting your own 2x4s and building your own supports. That's what we did with our bed. My dog loves sleeping under the bed, so we made super supports so he doesn't get crushed!

I know lots of people hate it, but chartreuse is my mom's 2nd favorite color in the world [the 1st being purple], and I just can't bring myself to call it baby poo for that reason. She loves it! I just bought her a columbia jacket in chartreuse last year!

I also manage a movie theater [independent, built in 1916] still using film. I don't do projection [I can shut down, but I don't thread or start], but I think I'll miss the "feel" of film a little bit. It will certainly be nice to get rid of the bulk of platters though!

And it apparently only takes one idiot to delete a digital copy too.

I think nearly all long haired Hollywood ladies have extensions. Even if their real hair is long too, they add more pieces for body.

In my experience, yes, that's a very normal reaction to New Girl. I think Zooey's character has gotten a bit more tolerable as the season has gone on, but she could be killed off tomorrow and I wouldn't bat an eyelash as long as the dudes stay. Actually, Nick could die too. I'll be over waiting for the Schmidt &

This is my senior prom in 2001. I'm the one in orange, and I'm so happy with that dress still. I'm so glad I didn't go for something really sparkly or tacky. Just a simple dress in my favorite color. You can't tell, but I have matching beaded slippers too! My mom did my hair and makeup for me and bought me a pair of

Luckily, my brows don't require much plucking or filling in, but I do think that a little bit of pencil/powder/whathaveyou can make a HUGE difference. I like to define the insides of my brows more, and fill in the tails, which are too thin and light naturally. I color my hair darker, so it's nice to darken my brows a

Can't be bothered to google, but can be bothered to comment on it.

SATC started in '98. Maybe you didn't discover it until you were 20, but it had already been going for 4 years at that point.

You're certainly not alone! Unfortunately, I think makeup, like drawing, is part practice and part natural skill. Some people are simply better at it from the beginning, but there's a lot you can learn through practice.

No, I understand that it's absurd and physically impossible. It's also such an old, overused cliche that it's simply not funny. Do I have to find it funny every time someone makes a joke about women being barefoot and in the kitchen? Or when someone makes a joke about how guys never stop to ask for directions? No,

Because as women, all that comes out is rainbows and sprinkles anyway!

Yeah, this is our house! Can't wait to save up the money to add a 1/2 bath in the laundry room, OH GAWD.
