It’s really sad that Switch hardware is even holding back their first party titles. This would be a buy for me if they didn’t repeat the mistake of how ugly Arceus is. Ironically this game will be fixed when it uh... arrives on PC.

The book “Console Wars” really made me appreciate how the original Playstation came to be and how Sony was reluctant, almost opposed to it’s creation at first but then quickly went all in after its successful debut.

Mike will be missed...I always knew the weekend kicked off whenever I saw Mike’s contributions on Fridays. This makes me pretty sad...Rest in Peace Mike. 

Personally, I don’t think this game can be saved by post game patches.

That’s cool and all, but I 100% cleared the game and won’t be coming back to it any time soon. Solid 7/10 on PC, but the amount of updates/QoL it needs would warrant just a completely new game.

If there were so little reason for the Xbox to exist, there wouldn’t be millions of Xboxes in the world. People really need to let the “just build a gaming PC” take die, it just makes you look myopic. 

Focusing on 4K is a colossal waste. Focus on framerates, more complex simulations, higher player counts, ANYTHING but fucking 4K. Breath of the Wild looks just fine on my 4K set thanks to decent upscaling, and I would be perfectly contented if the next Switch remained a 1080p system.

Yeah. This news would be good news for a game that wasn’t already languishing in development hell, and wasn’t already in the same gravitational orbit as ME:A’s and Anthem’s fiascoes.
