@BubbleF**kingBuddy: Erm, 90% of the stuff you scrounge from the floor/the bodies of those that oppose you is in terrible condition. Only organisations such as the BoS or Enclave and the Unique weapons arrive in a decent condition.

How can they say anything about balancing when their idea of 'high level foes' is basically old foes with new skins and ungodly health?

It's a bit lame how they 'censored' the bit that has already been heavily promoted (the Fat Man with gun in his mouth) then showed the gratuitous gore as he's gunned down by Joe & Vito.
