It’s also such a sensitive thing to deal with on the store’s end of things. I work at a pet-free hotel that of course allows service animals, but not therapy. No one WANTS to be the guy who has to tell someone “I’m sorry, we can’t allow your pet even with your note that it’s for emotional support.” I can’t imagine…
