If a child is masturbating, and has discovered that they can pleasure themselves (sans external influence) what are you to say that they cannot be left to enjoy themselves. If the plane did have unexpected turbulence, or if it did have a seriously miscalculated landing/take-off where a seat belt would have prevented people from flying out of their seats, that child would have been severely injured. When I was four years old, I was hanging out with my cousins and I got so thirsty that when one of my cousins handed me a bottle of bubble-blowing liquid (for blowing bubbles, of course), I tried to drink it before realizing what I was doing. Thankfully that stuff is basically just dish soap and nothing worse. ;)

I think the point being made here is that you can have all of your protein, carbs, and veggies/fruits in different meals, so long as you’re getting them throughout the day. If I eat cereal with milk in the morning, I’m only getting protein and carbs and that’s totally fine if I have veggies in other meals like lunch…
