Ultimate Spider-Man’s portrayal in the Spider-verse comics were amazing though. Seeing Miles Morales see the suddenly chibi out of nowhere moment, and having Ultimate Spidey basically treat it like an unexplained disease that pops up every now and then.

I’m a little surprised at that, but I do believe it. I usually go with what designs I like the most, but the target audience (younger gamers) would be very uncomfortable playing as a girl if they are boys. So I guess it does make sense now that I think of it that way.
