I would like it be based on the idea of updating and remaking games. I would love the retro group to meet the cast of a terrible re-imagining of the game, Wreck-It! Starring Feli-Xtreme and Rampage Ralph. Questions of identity, the appeal of a game based on more than graphics, and plenty of opportunities for humor.

The thing that stuck out in this episode to me was how quickly Finn was corrupted by the Ice King's crown. I think we're severely underestimating just how good and strong the Ice King (or rather Simon) is. It took all of 30 seconds for the crown to drive Finn to insanity, while it took hundreds of years to turn…
I had the pleasure of chatting with the man at Comic-Con a few weeks ago. He was the nicest guy I could ever hope to meet. He took a break from browsing to shake my hand and get a picture taken with me. If he's as genuine and as kind to everyone as he was to me, I'm proud to be a fan of his work.
Summary of the story (extremely short form)
Was just about to post that Homer seems to have shaved immediately before this scene. Should at least have a shadow or stubble.
As opposed to the (unusually) mostly positive reviews here, I hated it. I didn't laugh once, I groaned through most of the things that were supposed to be jokes, the repetitive sting between scenes was irritating, and there wasn't one likable character on the show.
Have you played the Paper Mario series at all? In the Thousand Year Door, battles take the form of a stage performance where the crowd responds based on how you do. The audience even has a direct part in battle sometimes by throwing random items, exploding, or being eaten by bosses to recover health.
Yeah, what they said... This is a Square Mario game, not a Nintendo Final Fantasy game. I'm not even sure what a Nintendo Final Fantasy game would look like... Paper FF?
And if it's not obvious, yes, I am also hoping for this to come out in English so I can finally play something in this series! Or at least its spiritual successor.
I bought Namco X Capcom for my PS2 and modded it just so I could play it. Of course, I gave up after a while. The menus were just too hard for me to wrap my head around with a complete non-understanding of Japanese.
Exactly what the two other replies said but also: Twin Snakes not very good? It's the first MGS with improved graphics and a few easter eggs! How is that not good?
Am I the only one who thinks the clever pun came first, then they had to figure out a way to shoehorn a story into it?
That's how it's pronounced. But his name is actually BMO.
The general plot of Kingdom in the Sun was later reused in Tangled as well.
Has anyone heard of Onimusha Blade Warriors? Came out back on PS2... was very much like Smash Bros... even had Megaman as a playable character. There have been SSB-styled games before. Unless they have the polish that Nintendo is willing to give, it's just not a success.
"The only mechanic I see that *isn't* similar to Smash Bros. is the damaging to create orbs so you can use super powers, which are then used to defeat opponents."
It wasn't a heartwarming story, and the pacing might have been a little off, but I thought this was one of the better joke episodes of the season. I laughed often and loud. The final 2 minutes of the show, right after Bender finally gets the chip had me laugh harder than I had for a long time.
