I disagree with you about the X-men and Spider-man movies. They were at least designed to begin franchises. Raimi's Spider-man and Singer's X-men were definitely inspired from the visions of the directors, but I wouldn't say that makes them better than the Marvel movies. In fact, I enjoy any of Marvel movies more…
I was thinking Klonao myself. And if they still have assist trophies, use Pac-man or the ghosts for that.
I have no idea what I just read.
I'm 28, and an adjunct professor at a university. Played every pokemon game that ever came out. Will be buying Black and White 2.
No Kid Icarus: Uprising?
It is POSSIBLE that it might be able to be used with Surface or Vita... but would you really want to play it that way? I guess you could play the game without the 5th player input, so there might be some sort of toned down game, but would you want that either?
I agree with you on every point, especially on How to Train Your Dragon being up there with the Greats. I was going to disagree about Finding Nemo, and while I think it's better thent he Average Pixar movies on your list, it doesn't quite make it to Great Pixar.
There's a Super Mario Kart GP 2 at my local Dave and Busters here on Long Island.
Namco is... a risky choice in my opinion. For my money, I would have been happiest seeing this developed in house by Nintendo, with some input from the guys behind Project M. It's seriously the most fun I've ever had playing a SSB game. But I suppose that's a pipe dream.
It doesn't really have pop culture references. They're fairly true to the idea of taking place in a post apocalyptic world, so once in a while there will be some things from before the end of the world, which I guess could be pop culture... I don't really know what you mean by that.
I would be very happy with a $299 system with a Nintendo Land pack in... if they have a bundle where they include 2 extra controllers, the price would be astronomical. Assuming that the Wii U will come with: The system, the Wii U Gamepad, MAYBE a Wii-mote with motion plus and a Nunchuk, that's a lot of hardware. …
Like Hyphenator said, consumers wouldn't be getting the Wii U to play with a tablet, it's the integration of a touch screen with console gaming that is the new thing. Smartglass and the Vita will allow essentially the same thing, but it's a huge benefit to have the technology guaranteed built into the controller…
All three are essentially the same thing; incorporating a touch screen into console gaming. The difference is, the Wii U will have it as a required part of the system, while Playstation owners will need to have a Vita, and Xbox owners will need to have something with Smartglass functions, probably a decent sized…
I'm pretty sure the specific line they use was Loki saying "Father must have had to use a lot of Dark Energy to send you here" or something to that effect. Assuming that means that Odin had to use something he would not normally use... perhaps something evil that will come into play in Thor 2.
There's also supposedly a bit more with Bruce Banner after he falls from the helicarrier, and I believe a greater explanation about Thor's coming to earth.
They kind of did this with the Animated DCU Wonder Woman movie, which is not set in the standard DCU as far as I am aware. It did work, though it wasn't the most successful of the DC animated library.
I see little hints of Incredibles influence, but definitely not to the point where it's "basically" those two characters. Seems like a faithful translation of the Timmverse characters to a slightly caricaturized 3D animation, which is what Pixar tends to do. How else could someone bring over Stewart to a format like…
As someone said earlier, I do think that she should have some sort of straps for around her shoulders. It might be less "Wonder Woman-ish", but realistically, any sort of armor should have something there.
