I would say that Disney and Pixar are both a healthy mix of both at this point... they both have their share of more natural proportions (Brave for Pixar; Tangled for Disney), and their stylized human characters (Up, The Incredibles for Pixar; Wreck-it Ralph, Meet the Robinsons for Disney). Pixar has just been making

But... that's her actual origin. She's from the home of the Amazons, who separated themselves from the rest of the world to protect themselves from the evils of mankind. No men were allowed to step on their island. Her attitude would be understandable if she was taught about the evils of men through her entire

To be fair, they're not trying to do realistic human proportions. They're perfectly happy doing stylized humans or humanoid characters. They're don't want to make a realistic CGI movie like Avatar, but an enjoyable design. Personally, I like these designs. It's semi-caricature, taking their few most important

I think (and hope) it's a reference to the classic Street Fighter: The Movie line of Zangief.

Okay, this really isn't a fair example of "Kingdom Hearts Lore", this is "Birth by Sleep Lore" And it does present the major plot points from Birth by Sleep (a terribly under-appreciated game that I think more people should play). You wouldn't understand this if you haven't already played KH1 and KH2 at least.

You're absolutely right. It's unknown how Zobek comes back, but considering that his title is "Lord of the Dead", it's not out of the question to assume that he has all kinds of plans and backups in place to bring himself back. Also, the end of the game leaves it ambiguous if he was actually killed when Satan was

Since you already read it, here's a summary as far as I understand it:

Consider Mirror of Fate is a retelling/reboot of Castlevania III starring Trevor Belmont and Alucard, I would say including Alucard in this game is very likely. How he'll fit into the story is another matter entirely.

Also giant wooden mechs.

It seems like they're just assuming that you already played the first game and watched the extra scenes at the end... I won't spoil anything, but Konami sure doesn't seem to care. My advice is to play the game, or read a synopsis of its story. Trying to explain it would be... complicated.

I'm glad that's you haven't had the same experience that I've had. I can only speak from my own point of view, and the gathered opinions of those around me. And I can say that many people are frustrated by the overabundance of 3D in theaters today.

No, not because it was sold out, because the theater did not have a showing in 2D at all. Only in 3D. I happen to live in an area with a few small theaters scattered around with only a few screens at each. I can drive about an hour to get to a larger theater, but that's not the point. Again, it's not the end of the

Again, I agree with you. I'm just saying that we need some regulations to maintain purebreeds for situations like mine, where a specific purebred dog is the only way for me to go. Of course, any sort of motion to eliminate all non-purebred is ridiculous, and I'm all for mutts, but since that's impossible for me, I'm

Right, but... here's a direct example of 3D conversion affecting you. This movie is delayed for a year to go through the process (though it may also be due to other reasons). Personally, several theaters around me have a limited number of screens and they may only have a movie in 3D, or they may have it playing 3D

I agree with everything you're saying, but as someone who is very allergic to dogs, I'm glad that I can own a pure bred Maltese and know that I'll be able to breathe.

Nope, I do not realize that. In fact, you're the first fan of movies (as I'm assuming that you are) I've ever met who enjoys seeing movies converted to 3D. I'm surprised that you exist. I was under the impression that all cinephiles saw movies in 2D anyway, leaving 3D for those that don't know any better and

Just remember, it could always be worse.

Haha, no problem. I would barely even consider those "negative". You're just bringing up a perfectly valid point in both cases. No insults or condescension anywhere. Hell, even if you outright disagreed with me, at least you were polite about it.

I don't disagree. But IF the game has to be made into a movie, that's just the sort of movie I hope they would go for. Something true to the spirit of the game, if not the plot.

I have not, but I'll take your word for it. I love watching as many extra features and documentaries on movies as I can, but I haven't felt a burning desire to watch all the Clash of the Titans stuff.
