Who’s laughing? I’m not dismissing them, and I’m not suggesting anyone rest on their laurels, I’m just saying some perspective is in order. 

These weapons are aimed not at the U.S., but at the nations around the South China Sea. Between these carriers and the island installations, they are positioned to deny access to anyone but the U.S. Navy. There isn’t anyone else with the capacity to stand up to them.

Nobody needs AWD, they need winter tires. And I will never, ever understand wanting a higher seating position. From what I can tell, the average person feels safer sitting up high....for some reason. I feel much safer being low to the ground, and able to change directions quickly in case of an impending crash.
