I’m not really an AMC guy but I think ‘65 was the last year for the old flathead. Which I believe was the last flathead there ever was, at least in the US.

According to my Mitsu inside source, no more split rear window. The new Outlander Sport is supposed to be a bit larger than the Eclipse Cross, when it comes along in a year or so, then a new really compact crossover below it. The new Outlander is on the new Rogue platform and is the largest of the bunch. Mirage gets a…
Can confirm, they were all over Tennessee.
Fix a Flat / Slime is bad for tire pressure monitoring sensors. Replacing TPMS sensors is bad for your wallet. Unless you’re in Sasquatch country and hear banjo music, don’t use Fix a Flat.

Local Ram dealer has precious few new ones of any trim level, and is selling them as fast as they come off the truck. I wouldn’t look for a lot of these.
Rentals. And if you’ve never driven one, don’t.
8 speed ZF transmission in the Grand Cherokee is solid. I’m hoping they retain that when the new one drops next year (I guess, Covid has everything pushed back).
Only because it wouldn’t fit in the Dakota and by that time all their cars were FWD.
I had an Olds 98 Regency in the same scheme, red velour as far as the eye could see. It was like driving my living room.
My Mitsu contact tells me it’s based on the new Nissan Rogue.
The Wrangler is a license for FCA (excuse me, Stellantis) to print money. There’s a waiting list for used ones. It’s the 4 wheel counterpart to a Harley, a cosplaymobile (for most buyers, let’s be honest). The accessories the parts dept. can sell are more profitable than the whole Fiat lineup.
A guy at the local Kia store told me a couple years ago that Hyundai/Kia had gone to Europe and hired a bunch of stylists and engineers away from European, especially German, brands, and the Stinger was the beginning. I guess he was right.
No indication of that from a friend at a Mitsu dealership. They’re talking new Rogue based Outlander, restyled Eclipse Cross, facelifted Mirage and a new North America CEO. They just moved their NA hq to Nashville, presumably to be closer to their Nissan partners. So maybe the fact that they didn’t specify the US…
I read an interview with the prosecutor where he described working on the case and his assistant telling him he had an unexpected visitor. He told her to say he didn’t have time for them.
Where do you live that stuff regularly blows up?!?
Mitsu Outlander? It’s supposed to share a platform with the new Rogue.
And nobody caught this for *9* years? And I thought this was a Getrag, what’s it doing being made in China?
Disclaimer: I don’t work for Mitsubishi, this is from a ..knowledgeable source with experience.
He’d have gotten there faster if he HAD walked.
First car I can ever remember being advertised at 0% APR. In the 80s, when you still had double digit interest on home loans. Should tell you something.
