Took one of these on a 500 mile one way trip last summer (rental) with 5 adults, a toddler and an infant. At one point I (allegedly) was doing 110 loaded to the gunwales with vacation stuff and it was smooth and sure footed. If I still had kids at home I’d buy one in a minute.

At the risk of sounding like a Gibson apologist, which I certainly am not, Hacksaw Ridge was pretty darn good.

Please, please get it inspected BEFORE you buy it. I probably average an inspection every couple of days on a newly purchased used car that inevitably turns out to have problems. The time to learn this stuff is before you settle on a price, and if the seller won’t let you get it inspected, walk.
