Yes, yes it is a pretty amazing skill. I've noticed that majority of people who complain about Skyrim just use the "swing-and-pot" strategy, forgetting that the right mouse button does block, and holding it and the left mouse button does shield bash.

If you use companions, spellcasting is most definitely the biggest problem with the combat in skyrim. The reason it works solo is because 90% of the spells have splash damage, but the same quality of life improvement that makes magic usable renders companions dead very, very quickly.

This game sold several times more copies than there are Wii U consoles in the world. I don't think they regret not spending the money to make a Wii U port.
