"I was strangely nervous, in an "I'm not worthy" kind of way."

THIS, definitely this. You are a good person because you feel that way. If you feel awkward in situations where people are waiting on you hand-and-foot, or you are being treated to extreme luxury, it just doesn't feel...right. We talk about mental health

I think once you take the odds of finding a new species of dinosaur bones and then multiply them by the odds of that one being freakishly larger than the rest of its species, it would be highly improbable.

Not the Brainstorm scene I was thinking of... *ahem*.

How does any contractor get a job? They put in the lowest possible bid.

What about the people who complained about their skyline being ruined when those churches, cathedrals , and mosques were built.

I'd love to play an actual Tetris game like this. the soft body physics seems like it would make for an interesting challenge.

Huh. It's weird how this was posted here and on Jezebel, but the post here is more...objective, for lack of a better word? Please keep approaching topics in this vein on i09. It's much appreciated.

*Wonders if people will start criticizing Housemarque for always making top down shooters.

Have you read the book? It's not "meant to warn of the dangers of adultery". If anything, it's meant to warn of the dangers of warning of the dangers of adultery. And to warn about hypocrisy. And to warn about blaming women for things that men also do. (Whoops, is that feminist?) But it doesn't have a happy ending, so

I really don't see why people have problems with this. I mean, organic web shooters was the first idea, until Lee/Kirby/Ditko (the story changes) got told that they could never get it past the Comics Code.

I was never a huge fan of the comics so maybe my opinion is invalid, but that change actually made sense to me. As Maguffins go, at least I wasn't constantly worried he was going to run out of web to shoot. And honestly organic or mechanical they're both silly.

Absolutely every single frame of this abomination:

Dune ,some shitty word weapons , i cringe when first time see that ,all movie is bad bad adaptation

2010: Film Dr. Chandra. Book: Dr. Sivasubramanian Chandrasegarampillai.

The boring machine also installs the concrete lining of the tunnel behind itself as it progresses, so no, not an oversight. That's how it was designed to operate.

Did you read the article? Some guys comes up with an idea that, based on current understanding of physics, shouldn't work. Physicists are very skeptical (as should all scientists be). Then it is tested by two independent labs and is shown to have some merit. Now it is being actively studied.

Science is built to make people prove it, if you accepted everything right off we would make no progress.

Look, I think we all know what would happen if Jesus showed up and said something like, "Turn the other cheek," to the Hulk in the middle of his raging:
