I played the Elemental Lords game on the SNES with the fan-translation, which was the first game to feature original characters exclusively. It’s very, very good, with a lot more depth to its gameplay than any other 16-bit SRPG. And I couldn’t care less about mecha.

The fact that this is EXACTLY what those modders are doing THEMSELVES seems lost on them.

Thanks! That makes a lot more sense, as does the use of “upgrade” for a series that likes to keep the technical competitive stuff out of the marketing. I didn’t get the wind-up toy angle that from the artwork above.

You’re thinking of the Xbox. The iPhone is the device that revolutionized the IT industry. First, it started the smart phone revolution. Nearly all phones afterward copied its design in some way. And then a revision of the device known as the iPad went on to create a new genre of mobile computers know as “tablets.”

Sun and Moon are out, Poke’Go was a time killer but it’s time to move on to the real thing ;)

Unusual, you say??

Do you not know what the word famous means or did you forget temporarily so you could make a snarky comment?

This is some uber-hipster nonsense.

I’m of the opinion that Colors was actually better than Generations. Only slightly though, they’re both a lot of fun.

Good for SquareEnix. Streaming is not a right - it’s a derivative work and covered under copyright. The publisher has every right to control what is streamed and how it’s done. I’m glad to see companies finally fighting back against the constant infringement of copyright on the internet.

Silly Dell kid. Marijuana is a Gateway drug.

Have you ever seen Snowden and Scissorhands in the same place tho.

This is how you know we’re older than Kotaku writers.

.....

I AM SO HYPE FOR THIS.

Best part was next episode’s preview with Vegeta being a family man.

Breath of Fire was the first game I felt gypped by in that sense. It was like “defeat...... credits...... later!” If I remember correctly, Fantasy Life doesn’t do much in the ending, so that would be my most recent.
