So has there been any official response as to why Kotaku isn’t reporting on the Smash Bros. thing yet?

I still think Bullets Per Minute looks a bit more up my alley with it’s more involved rhythm mechanics and soundtrack

It’s Pokemon.

It’s not really a spoiler. They never say when or how the battle occurs, just that you fight and kill a mythological God in the game. In fact the one mentioned is just one of many. Most of the games enemies are based on
various mythological beings and deities.

Teferi is such a cool character with literally the worst playstyle in the entire game. Wish they could come up with card mechanics that represent time manipulation other than “prevent your opponent from playing the game”.

I think John Cho is great and can’t wait to see what he does with the role because I am still not convinced that picking the guy who gets typecast as “the dorky Asian guy” in everything to play a cool tough guy action hero is gonna come across as anything but “why is there some fan cosplaying spike spiegel here instead

I can’t help but wonder if maybe they’re just a little afraid of holding the event with no major projects to announce or demonstrate aside from the same ones as last year which still carry a release date of “not anytime soon”.

I mean, just watch the whole thing?

Octopath definitely feels more like it’s own thing though.

I consider the Bravely games to be the Sonic Manias of Final Fantasy.

You press Start for info in menus. Select removes/unequips.

I think you’re confusing the term “worst case scenario” with “best case scenario”

L doesn’t Default because the battle system is different. In the other two games you input your whole party’s commands at once so if you accidentally hit default for a character you could just back up and cancel it.

All you have to do is brave once or twice and hit the whole group with fire magic.

I knew what you meant, just couldn’t resist the opportunity to drop some quality snark.

Really now

I feel like giving someone a free house and then telling them they can pay it back in any degree of installments over any amount of time with no deadline outside of their own desire to upgrade is quite possibly the worst possible way to prepare someone for the reality of real world debt.

No room, I suspect. The show already fits an impressive number of plot and character arcs into it’s tiny little episode count and the review above comments on how some of them still tend to come across as a bit rushed and undercooked at times. There just probably wasn't enough time to squeeze in another protagonist.

I mean, to each his own but “best three” my ass.

I love Awkward Zombie and your comic is usually the most enjoyable for me each week but my goodness the “Korok shows up in funny place - Yahaha you found me - shenanigans ensue” bit was well past it’s expiration date even when this comic was first posted last year.
