Does the writing ever get better? If it wasn’t for the Game Grumps commentary and voices, I couldn’t stand the story with the way the main character is written. He just happens to have all the answers and is perfect at poetry. I’m sure the focus is “cute anime girls with tiny hands but it also has a dark twist”, but

“Lots if people want to go in blind” does not necessarily include me. However they could have LITERALLY put anything else up there and put “potential spoiler warning ahead”.

Holy shit guys, just right in the title pic, huh? Can’t even spoil it like later on in the article. Kotaku has no class when it comes to these fucking leaks and trailers—lots of people want to go in as blind as posssible and don’t hump Twitter enough to let it be spoiled in the first place.

I have a hard time believing this idea wasn’t ripped straight from Jim Sterling’s channel.

Save yourself the time—not only was the story super mediocre-to-bad, but the gameplay itself was actually the worst in the series IMO. It was not a fun 55 hours, but I love Tales, so I toughed it out. Kinda wish I didn’t.

Why are you “reporting” on this video like we couldn’t watch it ourselves?

... Okay?

Uhh... Yes, you should? No need to be elitest about it. You can read the book when it comes out and know the differences then.

But seriously, that hand/head cap looks incredible.

The director ultimately has the say in everything thematic shot or atmospheric editing, so Snyder let all this bullshit slide. He didn’t just not convene with the writers.

But why would you ruin something so fun with something so drab

Are you talking about combat encounters? Because I can understand that.

Isn’t, like, every modern RPG combat-heavy, though? With disregard to many older CRPGs, of course, because as you said, that’s a completely different genre. It’s more like a tabletop RPG, and that’s great. But again, they offer completely different RPG experiences, much like Warhammer 40k vs. Pathfinder. They’re

Fallout 4 had seven years of development, roughly five years of actual (coding) development time.

The art is “good”? It looks like generic-ass anime. Do people actually not realize how hurtful it is the medium that artists/developers can get away with vanilla-ass “anime” style?

They take to forums often.

Wait, so what’s the confession?

I don’t really see the appeal of “fan made knock-off” games. Homages, sure, but straight rip-offs? I dunno... I feel like there’s less “legitimacy” to these sorts of games, almost like a “why play this when I could play something official sort of feel”. Like if I played a fan game where Pan Sholo got with Princess

it’s not so much who it came from (I agree with him about as much as I don’t) but what he said. He made his points in an incredibly well-put way that made it hard to argue.

Also, the explanation was shit. Well, in my opinion, at least. He compared it to a very suspiciously similar character (in the same series no

No, people do, and Jim Motherfucking Sterling, Son does, too. In fact, he has a lot of good points—not about the character, but at the words and actions of Kojima himself when regarding her. We all love Kojima, but everyone has to shit the carpet sometime. (Also, check out the latest Jimquisition video, it’s pretty
