Red truck good, blue truck bad. Vote red truck.”

People have been trying to blame the BLM movement everything bad for years. This is nothing new. If they’re not blaming riots on BLM, then they’re trying to hold it responsible for the deaths of police officers.

I regret that I can only give you one star for your excellent reply.

You sound like a balanced individual with a good grasp on modern race politics and social movements.

In this world of shit - where the president is fine with 10s of thousands of needless deaths, and on and on and on - seeing people stand up for justice, to risk their lives for it, is inspirational.  Terrorism is what our shitstain of a president did in DC.  Terrorism is extrajudicial murder with no consequences. etc..

Wow dood...

The inability to see systemic racism and to actively defend it makes someone racist.

He called BLM - literally a movement that began as hope that, just maybe, America could assign the same value to Black Lives as they do white ones - a domestic terrorist organization.

You seem to have missed the news that all German coal and fossil fuel plants will be shut down over the next years. We already had some days here this and last year when green energy covered 100% of the daily use of the whole country. Also nuclear power is too dangerous and irresponsible looking at the waste it

It is a temporary push to get over the last obstacle and then it is downhill from there. More EVs > More chargers (home and public) > More solar and wind power > More EVs etc....

I think the incentives are a way to counter the market lock in already in place for ICE vehicles. That is, breaking the cycle of people buy ICE cars because infrastructure is centered on them/infrastructure is centered on them because people always bought ICE cars.

I wish the US would get on board with a program like this. Germany is leading the way into the electric future with these programs. The current attitude of letting states do what they want isn’t working out so well(cough, cough, coronavirus)

Um, BMW definitely doesn’t sell 800k 1ers per year in Europe. More like 120-130k range. Maybe that 800k number is the whole compact premium hatch segment including the 1er, A3, A-class, etc.

Its such a boring state to live in.  Flat, not much water, ridiculously hot in the summer, really shitty traffic in the bigger cities, cookie cutter housing everywhere.  Rednecks with lifted trucks riding your ass in the fast lane.  And now with extra coronavirus.

Textbook study of how to use graphics to hide terrible proportions.

Disappointed it’s not 420 miles.

Look at that map! That map with several thousand people out of 25 million nowhere near a charger! How dare they boast about something that I can prove 1% of the population can’t use!

Real men only use dirt roads, duh! /s

Well I have to tow four horses 800 miles uphill both ways in -40 degree weather with the heater on at 85 mph and carry my wife, my wife’s boyfriend, and my wife’s 6 children, so checkmate Tesla.

If it doesn’t go 800 miles, charge in less than a second and cost $5, it just can't fit my lifestyle! /s
