Look it doesn't work for everyone, but it seems you're in the minority with this.

I do renderings on my desktop that can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days and I love being able to access my pc to see how they're coming along.

I forgot what the figure was, but its almost a billion dollars in lost productivity per day in the USA during the NCAA tournament. That's just nuts.

LOL WHAT.. I remote into my desktop all the time from my iPad and it works great.

Thats a good point to reach as a consumer, when you're no longer making choices based on limitations but on preference.

Why should Apple support Flash? Especially now that it's dead since Adobe will no longer be updating it, other then for security purposes.

I haven't used it much lately. Actually, I don't even have it installed anymore. I just buy iPad ready apps now.

Try out retina pad. It forces the iPad to use the Retina version of the app, full force is forcing the app to adjust to the iPads screen size.

Understood, but why call it retina if the game isn't even in retina quality.

I've never seen that, but damn that's just lazy and lame.

Yeah but this is up to the developer, they could hav added the ability to use higher res images on scaled up iPhone apps but they don't. Some just sell you another retina version or ipad version.

Its quickly replacing many things in my field, structural engineering. One of its major factors is being able to receive an autocad attachment in a email and be able to view it, dimension elements and even make some minor modifications to the drawings and email it back. You can do all of this w/o a computer and out

Apple meh, I'll give more credit to the developers.

I love when people blindly assume that just because they don't NEED something then it must obviously mean that nobody else needs it.

So a new update to a software will prevent devs from updating their apps to retina iPad quality. Just because one dev wasn't aware of this doesn't mean they all weren't. I've had to clear about 500mb from my ipad because of all of the retina updates.

Only when jailbroken and the new ipad3 is already jailbroken. Well a usable exploit has already been found and tested to work on the new device.

You know nothing about the US' electrical standards, a three prong socket is the most common.

It works on 3G, so I'm pretty sure it would work on 4G.

But to say its dead is silly. If it were dead the for profit corporations making them would have stopped. I just hate hose some tech bloggers assume things are one way because it doesn't it apply to them. Like the whole, desktop is dead, keypads are dead, don't talk on your phone, don't put a case on your phone or

I'm a draftsman too, well I'm a BIM Tech. What kind of cad do you do?
