Backup Assistant and My Verizon...which honestly are not that big of a deal. Free contact backup & transfer to another phone (although not really necessary) and usage tracking. Not really incriminating. Plus, they can both be uninstalled the same as any other apps.

Technical limitation isn't what I was thinking about. It's just that with an infinite amount of time, there will invariably be a game that is better at some point in the future.
I guarantee that, for example, Portal is a better game than this iteration of Zelda will be.
