That’s one of my Dad’s favorite movies. He took me to see it. He died in 2004. WAAAAAH. Best. Man. Ever. He liked chick movies. He liked chicks. For real: liked and respected. Ruined for “average” guys, I am.

My boyfriend has recently become obsessed with Prahna’s cargo shorts. They’re comfy for him. The cut is sleek and his butt looks pinchable. You and your guy might like them too.

The fact that the dude in the story did not notice that his shorts were gone until he was down to 1 pair from 16 tells me that he’s one of those guys who thinks clean laundry should magically appear in his drawers, and any damaged clothing will be replaced with identical items by, I dunno, fairies. Hard to generate

I’m with you, sister. My husband likes ‘em. I like ‘em. Our son looks so cute in ‘em. West coast fashion sense all the way — comfort rules.

Am I the only woman who doesn’t care about cargo shorts like at all? Wear what you want- do you. I’m not a fan of men’s denim shorts, but I’m not about to tell anyone not to wear them. Cargo shors seem fine. Is this the California in me? Am I whipped by my talk and handsome cargo loving husband?

I kind of figured that the skinny shorts in bright colors that seem to be the recommended thing in this thread are MUCH more white than cargo shorts.

My dad’s Black (and grew up Watts). He loves his cargo shorts. My mom figures, ‘He’s an grown-ass man, he can wear whatever the fuck he wants as long as it’s appropriate for the occasion. Cool, whatever.” So yeah, I don’t get throwing away your SO’s clothes either.

Does the fact that I like them and buy them for my husband mean I am too white to be cool?

I’m pretty sure I know you...

In all fairness all of the styles were awful and left the models looking worse after than before.

I’m not saying Trump isn’t racist! I’m just saying it’s a sad time in history now that racism is generally considered a bad thing.

Let’s be real, he’s not planning on being at the debates.

I can’t blame anyone for being upset about losing their hair since it’s like holding up a big sign that says "I HAVE CANCER!!!!" for everyone to see, and then you have to deal with people's reactions and some people are just awful

I am in awe that she has gone public. Cancer is scary, but also gross, messy, very painful, completely ravages and changes your body, and it’s a very ugly side of life that people would rather not have in front of them...but it’s so important.

She is not someone I would have thought would do that.

Are you talking about the hideous shade of foundation they put on her? It doesn’t seem close to her natural skin tone at all.

To celebrate national breastfeeding week I will be breastfeeding all day and all night. The all night is the extra special celebratory part.

Whether or not you find it irritating is completely fucking irrelevant. The issue is that—SOMEHOW—only the women are ever criticized for their vocal patterns. There’s never any hate mail about men’s voices. It’s disproportionate. That is sexism in action.

“Robotic” and “insincere” are both perfectly fine criticisms. So, in fact, are Sullivan’s “pedestrian” and “uninspiring”. People are free to disagree with you, but those are terms that are routinely applied to male speakers as well as female.
