If there is some add-in for Google Calendar that will email friends (that don't use Google Calendar), what are you using if not Boomerang? I'd love that feature-set.

"The CEO change clearly included a reset in business philosophy."

To be fair, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was Office for iPad. It's almost a certainty that these changes began while Ballmer was still on the throne, and it's almost political that they've now been released to coincide with the new CEO. That

So... what are the major differences now between OneNote and (paid) Evernote? I'd love to see a detailed recent comparison.

Not exactly for Android (yet), but on the web I use plug.dj which does essentially the same thing but tends to cater towards the electronica crowd. Does that one work on your mobile browser?

Anddd they updated the App today - palm to face. I hereby take back my last statement.

Thanks for checking - the more I use Evernote and its services, the more I notice many little oversights such as this. It makes me feel like we're beta testers more than product users. Oh well, they can continue to drain my bank account until Microsoft improves OneNote syncing for iOS.

Is the difference between this service and Blinkist that this service offers short snippets - so you actually read parts of the book, while Blinkist summarizes the entire book?

Is there any news of an app update for DayOne coming anytime soon? I recall an article a while back promising new features (such as multiple photos per day), but haven't seen anything since the iOS7 updated version.

I'm hooked on Refresh, it's always great in a pinch to look someone up prior to a meeting (business or personal contacts). A lot of the calendaring apps seem to be copying their approach, but their interface still wins hands down in my opinion.

Can you edit the information in the full desktop version of Evernote yet, or still only in the mobile app? I tried this a few versions ago and that was an extremely frustrating oversight on their behalf. I'd like to be able to edit those notes from anywhere, not only by pecking away on the tiny iOS keyboard.

Not an app, yet*, if a recent survey is an indicator of what's to come.

Your sense is just nonsense.

That's what I do too, emailing back & forth with the Pocket initiated article afterwards, but it's kind of a clumsy workaround. It'd be great to have some sort of social newsfeed to comment on perhaps, maybe even be able to tag friends instead of sending them articles? To be fair, I'm not sure either of the other

I love using Pocket, but I really hope they build out their social and friend-sharing features in an upcoming release. The experience is actually better on mobile than the desktop (pre-loading friend usernames comes to mind), but it could really use a commenting system to allow for conversations about what you share

I'd assume no worse than most airline seat cushions that double as flotation devices. Those things feel like a rock under my rump, and I'm sure they would sink like one too.

This is a great deal if you need a blanket as well, but if you just want the inflatable pillow portion that packs down well, I'd recommend the cheap REI version: http://www.rei.com/product/775159…

That's understandable, as I started out with their basic version which is akin to the Karma device. I had the choice to upgrade, and more than the speed difference, I was paying for future compatibility and most importantly (to me) battery life. That said, their customer service was very easy to deal with when

I'm surprised that the old 'Overdrive Pro' is displayed for FreedomPop, even though they now offer the far superior LTE device now as well. It has longer battery life, faster speeds, and LED readout ... not too shabby. http://www.freedompop.com/devices/freedo…

Has anyone found a way to filter the news feed in this new app? Instead of 'unfollowing' folks or going on a de-friending spree, I created a 'closest friends' group so that the news feed would only (well, mostly, damn baby photos) show up the friends and updates that I wanted to see. In the main Facebook app I can

Definitely a nice update, I wish more apps allowed for interface customization like this version does. Also, the syncing is top notch, which is a big reason why I switched over from Microsoft OneNote, because after a certain file size, the iOS app would constantly have syncing issues.
