I stopped drinking 45 days ago for a 90 day challenge. Got a call from my doctor today. I will now be on a forever challenge of not drinking. Looking for any advice on creating new habits to not think about drinking. 

Wait... you all get TV’s in your hotel rooms? How many hours do you have to rent to get a room with a TV?

I just started working out again 4 days ago, after a several year hiatus.... at the age of 41. My body has never hurt so much after a work out.

I still love her. Pretty much since the Control album.
