I'm not sure if it's been mentioned or not, and it's a minor thing, but in the very right hand corner of the taskbar, there is a small rectangle that, when clicked, will bring you to the desktop. Great if you don't use quick launch

gosh...I remember hooking up "Wired for Sound" on my Acer 386 with a 100 mb HD. Writing code in dBase and QBasic, using Excel for my first science fair project, and my father wouldn't allow me to install a 2400 baud modem because "it was useless".
Not a great comparison, considering that if you go from Exchange to cloud-based, you're giving up the actual control and having to trust Google, and also having no ability to fix it if / when it goes down. Come back when it's 99.9999% uptime.
@Metropolis: likewise. that's an awesome movie, and the fact that it didn't get sidetracked by the Warren Zevon name is even better.
@deliafcipe: in a rural area, it was probably no problem for them to dig and bury the lines, whereas in the city it would have been more expensive
Good thing there was no fucking strike zone consistency whatsoever. That was nice.
I wish I could find something like this for a network router
Didn't the Consumerist have this up a few days ago? From the comments, it was way out of line
And the parking is still free if you've got 4 or more people in the car. I love living in St. Pete.
I think a large part of this problem is due to many people nearing retirement, and not having enough time to 'wait it out' in the market. that being said, their advisor should have been moving them into more conservative investments a few years ago, not due to any 'telling' of the market, but rather because that's the…
Dang, I never even thought about it. I've probably got a different keyboard on each machine I've got, and never really cared, other than making sure they were the same size. So much so that I purchased a larger laptop because it had a larger keyboard (and 10 key. gotta have the 10 key)
great and all, except Manny was hardly a cast-off, rather, Boras'ed (is that a verb now) his way out of Boston
hmmm...this is something i've been looking for, and the reason I went to foobar2000 in the first place.
Outlook on the Desktop (which I believe LH posted about a while ago) does all of this and more. I've got it running on my Vista Ultimate x64 with Aero running without a hitch
any comparison to Outlook on the Dekstop, which is also free?
@justrick: Outlook has always had the ability for multiple signatures built in.
@John: thank you. you're right on the money. and add in the fun part: if you defaulted on the note, the renter still gets evicted.
I read the article, and considering he lives in NYC, he view is different that say, mine would be living in Florida. I did own a home, it had a sinkhole, and we got out of it. We plan on purchasing another one, and the reasons are right for me and my family.
@gokieks: have you used the foo_pod plug-in for foobar2000? It loads my iPod rather well, without the problems that iTunes caused me.
@retrac1324: you can probably turn that nag off using either group policy or setting the nagging app to "deny"
