Same! I haven’t really played any since renting the SNES ones a bunch as a kid, was thinking of trying a new one, but $90 and no translation is as big of a barrier as there can be :(

Unfortunately that sensible opinion appears to be in the minority, which is why we’ll continue to see projects rushed out the door to meet release dates and then wonder why they’re a mess.

This is remarkably ignorant of the time and work that goes into making a game like this. I’m not sure there’s really more to say there.

Why is it ‘far too expensive’? Because it was made by an independent studio? That’s a bit of a ludicrous mentality and I can’t tell if you’re just playing devil’s advocate or are actually serious.

Hahaha holy shit, that is horrifying yet completely accurate

Pretty twisted to be excited about someone’s failure. As disappointed as I am, it’s better this happens than it gets released broken. A step that a lot of devs should probably take.

I think the only disagreement I have here is Kingdom Hearts II. It’s a pretty fun game, but the plot is so awful that it really does detract from the experience.

Unpopular opinion: I like the shortened options. With a voiced character I don’t really want to read the line and then have it repeated, plus not knowing adds that extra humorous punch to the sarcastic lines.

That sucks, Expand is actually pretty great, though not for everyone

Neat! But it should be *banded together :P

The PS2 thing is so disappointing. I mean at this point I wasn’t really expecting much else, but the $15 pricepoint seems excessive. I already rebought some of my PS2 games on PS3 (weren’t they all $5 there also?), I’m not buying them for a third time, at a price that’s higher than I paid for some of them in the first

Don’t get me wrong, I got pretty into HotS and I’m interested in Overwatch, but holy cow there are way, way too damn many games of this nature now. I get it, everybody wants to get on the train while it’s hot, but it’s killing the market. It’s like MMOs all over again.

This is why I stopped being so vigilant updating my recommendations. If you’re not ‘popular’ enough, your curation notes won’t show up, no matter what.

Try again and link the official announcement, I got in touch again and they refunded mine.

Just to update this, I got in touch and they are in fact honoring the refunds due to this announcement.

Wonder if I can actually get my tefund through green man gaming now. Last time I contacted them told me too bad because the game was patched, regardless of the fact it's still unplayable on my system.

Pretty much the entire reason I can’t get into watching people play competitive StarCraft. I have a definite interest, but watching them is just irritating.

Oh damn I actually thought this was a singleplayer game for whatever reason, that lowers my interest quite a bit for the same reasons.

You can’t actually be serious about this

Perfect example, this morning playing a game, opponent making misplays every turn until they get topdeck Varian Wrynn, which pulls 3 more legendaries out of the deck that end the game the following turn. It’s like everything wrong with Hearthstone in a single move. That doesn’t make me feel good that ‘randomness’
