Console D3 uses the sticks to move directly, significantly different. I still prefer to play it on PC, but makes me wish for WASD or controller support on PC.

What really struck me was the ‘Publishers told me gamers don’t want this anymore’. Not that I don’t believe him, but that it really does seem to be true and absolutely baffles me. Look at the indie scene right now to see how many absurdly successful ‘metroidvania’ style games there are right now.

I was so pissed at this guide back in the day. Back when I actually used to grab guides if they were available cheap with preorders and whatnot. There were so many fantastic and beautiful strategy guides back then, this was not one of them.

Very obvious that nobody touting the donation ‘solution’ actually had any idea how something like that plays out. The system was good in concept, but was given no time to sort out the details. Didn’t help that media sites fueled the fire to whip people into a frenzy over it. All they’ve managed to show is how little

I feel like this really isn’t so much of a clear cut victory as people are thinking. A lot of modders were in support of this and rightly so. That being said, it wasn’t implemented well nor given really any lead up/trial period to really work out the kinks.

I’m sad they’re using Asia for the 2.5D spinoff thing. I feel like a big setting shift like that might be something to give them freedom to spice things up again like with Black Flag, but no such luck. The smaller game might be fantastic on its own, but I don’t think I’ll be able to look at it without thinking of the

I don’t know how anybody is still under the idea that she’s not massively trolling everyone.

Are these limited use charges or something? I’m also seeing some people saying that this stuff is unlockable in the Krypt mode.

This actually amusingly helped me figure out why the hell my main character's storage was broken. I had started a character that I changed my mind on quickly and end up with items stuck in my new (main) character's inventory, which is apparently a result of the same thing that causes them to overflow and dupe.

I've been wondering what the hell was causing that, this explains a lot

I think glitches to the extent of wall jumping, etc. make for interesting speedruns. Stuff like item duping and other pre-setup stuff always strikes me as uninteresting/boring/outside of the spirit of many speedruns.

Honestly I just want to see a new Nintendo console without a gimmick. Focus on the games and the hardware without trying a risky innovation for one round.

Well, this is unexpected.

Playing Tank on the Combat cartridge with my dad is one of my earliest gaming memories. Rest in peace good sir

While I don't disagree with the decision, it's smart, it bothers me that she's blaming it on PAX. She could have gotten in touch with them before as well, but didn't. It's the right decision, but perhaps should have been worked out further in advance.

I must be alone in this given its prevalence, but I hate clicking left stick for dash/run functions, always feels so awkward to me.

Well *that's* a misleading title

Steam chat has already been increasingly unreliable as is, auto-deleting messages without any indication is not okay.

This article seems contradictory when the update can be played 100% as point and click.

Honestly not surprising at all. Going out essentially on your own after having Sony backing for years was not going to come without huge cuts.
